Joseph Chrest (born September 15, 1965) is an academic and actor from the United States. He has appeared in films and television shows such as “21 Jump Street”, “22 Jump Street”, “Oldboy”, “Lee Daniels”, “The Butler”, “The Perfect Date”, and “Stranger Things” as Ted Wheeler.
